Beer Brined Buffalo Chicken Wings
Ingredients
- 1 lb chicken wings
- BBQ seasoning of choice
Brine:
- 2 cans of Miller Lite
- 1 tbsp each of peppercorns, Salt, and herbs of your choice (Cuso's Grass)
- Blue Cheese Buffalo Sauce:
- 1 stick of butter
- 1/4 cup of Miller Lite
- 1 tsp Italian Seasoning (or Cuso's Grass)
- 1/2 cup of hot sauce
- 1/4 cup of honey
- 1/3 cup of blue cheese dressing

Preparation
Step 1
In a big bowl, brine chicken wings in Miller Lite, peppercorns, salt, and herb seasoning of choice for at least 2 hours.
Step 2
Make the Blue Cheese Buffalo Sauce.
Step 3
Take wings out of the brine and pat dry.
Step 4
Season the wings with your favorite BBQ rub (Cuso's dust).
Step 5
Grill the wings over a live fire for 10 minutes, flipping every other minute, until you have a nice char and they are cooked to 165 degrees.
Step 6
Toss the wings in the Blue Cheese Buffalo Sauce.
Step 7
Serve and enjoy with Miller Lite on the side.
