I, in consideration for my acceptance as a participant in the Event, and with the understanding that my participation in the Event is conditioned upon me entering into this Agreement on behalf of myself, my heirs, and assigns, I hereby agree to the following terms:

1.  Assumption of Risk. I hereby recognize, acknowledge, and understand that certain risks, dangers and perils (including exposure to illness such as covid-19) are inherent in the activities comprising the Event, and I expressly assume all risk of and accept full responsibility for any and all injuries (including death), accidents, and damage to property which may occur as a result of my participation in the Event, regardless of whether such risks were foreseeable to me or not (except where the risks were unforeseeable due to negligence). If there were any risks or dangers associated with the Event about which I was unclear or did not understand, I have inquired about such risks prior to signing this Agreement and acknowledge that I have received a response that adequately clarified such risks or dangers. I further understand that at any time during the Event I may withdraw from participation for any reason, and at which time my participation in the Event activities shall cease.
2. Release From Liability. As a result of my assumption of the risks as stated in Paragraph 1, above, I hereby release Molson Coors Beverage Company LLC, its subsidiaries, its parents, its and their officers, directors, employees, distributors, alcohol beverage retailers, agents, and representatives from any and all liability for any and all injuries (including death), accidents, or damage to property which may occur as a result of my participation in the Event, and waive any claim I, my heirs, or my assigns may have as a result thereof. Furthermore, if I am injured during the Event, I authorize the administration of medical treatment, and release the above-named entities and individuals from any harm resulting therefrom. 
3. Indemnification. I hereby agree to indemnify the entities or persons described in Paragraph 2, above, for any and all claims, including attorneys' fees and costs, which may be brought against them by anyone claiming to have been injured as a result of my participation in the Event.
4. Covenant. I hereby covenant that (a) I will follow all instructions given to me by the Event organizer and I will use all equipment as is intended by the equipment manufacturers; (b) I am not now nor will I become during the Event activities in any way impaired; (c) I do not have any medical conditions which may prevent me from safely participating in the Event activities; and (d) I have read and fully understand this Agreement, am at least twenty-one (21) years of age or older, and legally competent to enter into this Agreement.
5. I consent to the use of my name, city of residence, and any photograph, film rendering, tape recording, or videotape in which I, or any likeness of me, appears or is presented and/or my voice is recorded, by or on behalf of the entities or persons in Paragraph 2 above in connection with the Event or promotion of the Event in any form of transmission including, without limitation, radio broadcasts, newspapers, and other publications and in television or film releases, or interactive media world wide, without compensation.
6. This Agreement shall be interpreted under the internal laws of the State of Wisconsin and is intended to be as broad and inclusive as permitted under such law. If any portion of the Agreement is held to be unenforceable or invalid, the balance of the Agreement shall continue in full force and effect.
