NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING

1. HERE’S HOW IT WORKS: For each 2010 Premier Stock Car point race that the #2 Miller Lite sponsored car (currently driven by Kurt Busch) wins (eligible races are listed at the end of these rules), a random drawing will be conducted to award a Grand Prize. If the #2 Miller Lite sponsored car (currently driven by Kurt Busch) does NOT win a 2010 Premier Stock Car point race or does not participate, no Grand Prize drawing will be conducted and no Grand Prize will be awarded. See Rule #3 for details on the random drawing and Rule #4 for Grand Prize details.
2. ELIGIBILITY: The Miller Lite “When Kurt Wins, You Could Win” Sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes”) is open only to legal residents of the 50 United States & D.C., except residents of CA, 21 years of age or older who have Internet access and a valid e-mail address. Void in CA and where prohibited by law. Employees, directors, officers, and agents of MillerCoors LLC (“Sponsor”); its parent companies, divisions, dealers, affiliates, subsidiaries, distributors and advertising and promotional agencies; and suppliers involved in promotion; and each of their immediate family members (spouse, parents, children, siblings, and in-laws) and individuals residing in the same households of such employees are not eligible. Employees of alcohol beverage retailers and distributors are also not eligible.
3. HOW TO PLAY: Look for an official UPC entry code (“Entry Code”) printed on the bottom of specially-marked Miller Lite packages, generally available through 11/1/10, while supplies last. To enter for a chance to win 2010 Dodge Challenger, log on to www.millerlite.com/racing and follow the online instructions. Entry starts on or about 8:00:00 am EST on 2/1/10 and continues through 11:59:59 pm EST on 11/20/10 (the “Promotion Period”). Following a win by the #2 Miller Lite sponsored car (currently driven by Kurt Busch), all eligible entrants will receive an email containing a discount on Penske gear. See details in email on discount terms. There is no monetary value associated with Penske gear discount. Email notification will be sent to the e-mail address indicated upon registration. If the #2 Miller Lite sponsored car (currently driven by Kurt Busch) does NOT win a 2010 Premier Stock Car point race, no discount on Penske gear will be sent via email. If the #2 Miller Lite sponsored car (currently driven by Kurt Busch) wins a 2010 Premier Stock Car point race, one (1) winner will be selected in a random drawing from among all eligible entries received by 11:59:59 pm ET on the day prior to the win date. The random drawing will be conducted by The Ignition Network, an independent judging organization whose decisions on all matters relating to this sweepstakes are final. Non-winning entries will be carried over into subsequent drawings, if any. You must have Internet access and a valid e-mail address to participate. See list of eligible races at the end of these rules. If the #2 Miller Lite sponsored car (currently driven by Kurt Busch) does NOT win a 2010 Premier Stock Car point race from the list of eligible races, no Grand Prize drawing will be conducted and no Grand Prize will be awarded and no Penske gear discount will be available.

   HOW TO OBTAIN AN ENTRY CODE WITHOUT PURCHASE: Send in a self-addressed stamped envelope with name, address, city, state and zip code to: Miller Lite Kurt Busch Sweeps Entry Code Request, PO Box 1981, South Bend, IN 46634-1981. VT residents may omit return postage. Limit One (1) request per outer postmarked envelope. Mailed in entries must be postmarked by 11/1/10 and received by 11/8/10. Residents of Indiana, Texas and West Virginia may also use the code “MLRACE” as an eligible entry code. Limit One (1) request per outer postmarked envelope. Sponsor not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, damaged, incomplete, illegible, or postage due mail. No mechanically reproduced requests will be accepted. All requests become the sole property of Sponsor.

   Limit one (1) entry per person/e-mail address per day. If more than one (1) entry is received from one person in a single day, only the first entry received will be considered valid. For purposes of this promotion, a “day” is the 24 hour period between 12:00:00 am ET and 11:59:59 pm ET. Entrants must fully complete and submit all required fields on the online entry form to be eligible.

4. PRIZES/APPROXIMATE RETAIL VALUE (“ARV”): One (1) Grand Prize to be awarded each time the #2 Miller Lite sponsored car (currently driven by Kurt Busch) wins a 2010 Premier Stock Car point race. See list of eligible races at the end of these rules. Grand Prize is 2010 Dodge Challenger. ARV: $28,300. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received as of the deadline for each drawing. Limit one (1) prize per household for the entire promotion. Maximum Total ARV of all prizes based on the number of eligible races in the 2010 Premier Stock Car point race schedule: $1,018,800. The actual number of prizes awarded, if any, will depend on the number of races won by the #2 Miller Lite sponsored car.

   SWEEPSTAKES WINNER NOTIFICATION: Potential Grand prize winner will be notified by traceable method of delivery and required to sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability/Publicity Release (except where prohibited) within 7 days of attempted notification or prize will be forfeited in its entirety and may be awarded to an alternate winner. In the event of noncompliance with these official rules, or if prize is unclaimed or returned as undeliverable, the prize will be forfeited and may be awarded to an alternate winner.

5. PRIZE RESTRICTIONS: Prizes are not transferable. No substitution or cash equivalent of any prize permitted except at the sole discretion of the Sponsor. Limit one (1) Grand Prize per person throughout the Promotion Period. Federal, state, and local taxes on prize and any expenses relating to the acceptance and use of prize not specified herein are the responsibility of winner. Any portion of prize not accepted by winner will be forfeited. Unclaimed prizes will not be awarded. Grand prize Dodge Challenger color to be awarded will be at the discretion of the Sponsor (and will not contain Miller Lite logos or any other sponsor logos as may be depicted in advertising) and will include Dodge factory warranty as set forth in the relevant Dodge Challenger Owner’s Manual (the “warranty”). Grand prize winner is responsible for license, registration and title fees and insurance costs and must show evidence of insurance and a valid driver’s license to operate an automobile at time of delivery or prize will be forfeited. Winner is responsible for the cost of any vehicle options as agreed to between winner and Dodge dealership to which vehicle will be delivered. Vehicle will be delivered to a Dodge dealership nearest winner’s residence. Winner must take delivery within 30 days of notification of availability or prize will be forfeited.
6. ADDITIONAL TERMS: Grand Prize winner will be required to execute and return an Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability and Publicity Release within the time specified or prize will be forfeited. Return of prize notification as undeliverable will result in disqualification and an alternate may be selected. All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply. Sponsor is not responsible for incomplete, lost, late, damaged, illegible or misdirected mail/e-mail; any technical problems; malfunctions of any telephone lines, computer systems, servers, providers, or hardware/software; lost or unavailable network connections or failed, incomplete, garbled or delayed computer transmission or any combination thereof. In the event of a dispute regarding any e-mail entry, the entry will be deemed made by the authorized account holder of the e-mail address submitted at the time of entry (i.e., the natural person who is assigned to an e-mail address by an Internet access provider, on-line service provider or other organization responsible for assigning e-mail addresses for the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address). Each potential winner may be required to provide Sponsor with proof that he/she is the authorized account holder of the e-mail address associated with the winning entry. All on-line entries must be submitted from a valid e-mail account, which may be identified by reverse domain name search. Sponsor not responsible for any damage to any participant’s computer system/software related to or resulting from participation or downloading any materials in this promotion. Sponsor reserves the right to prohibit the participation of an individual if fraud or tampering is suspected, or if the individual fails to comply with any requirement of participation as stated herein or with any provision in these official rules. CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT BY AN ENTRANT TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY WEB SITE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THIS PROMOTION IS A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAW. SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES FROM ANY SUCH INDIVIDUAL TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. Sponsor assumes no responsibility for undeliverable e-mails resulting from any form of active or passive e-mail filtering by a user's internet service provider and/or e-mail client or for insufficient space in user’s email account to receive e-mail. Sponsor reserves the right to modify the promotion or disqualify entrant if fraud, misconduct or technical failures destroy the security, fairness or integrity of the promotion as determined by Sponsor, in its sole discretion. Proof of submitting entries will not be deemed to be proof of receipt by Sponsor. Any use of robotic, automatic, programmed or the like methods of participation will void all such submissions by such methods. Only UPC Entry Codes obtained via Rule #3 shall be deemed to have been obtained legitimately. Sponsor is not responsible for damaged UPC entry codes; if your UPC entry code is damaged, Sponsor’s sole liability is replacement with another code, which may be requested by mail (see rule #3 above). In the event Sponsor is prevented from continuing with the promotion or the integrity and/or feasibility of the promotion is severely undermined by any event beyond Sponsor’s control, including but not limited to fire; flood; epidemic; earthquake; explosion; labor dispute or strike; act of God or public enemy; satellite or equipment failure; riot or civil disturbance; war (declared or undeclared); terrorist threat or activity; or any federal, state or local government law, order, or regulation or order of any court or jurisdiction; infection by computer virus; unauthorized intervention; technical failures or other cause not reasonably within Sponsor’s control (each a “Force Majeure” event or occurrence), Sponsor shall have the right, in its sole discretion, to abbreviate, modify, suspend, cancel or terminate the promotion without any further obligation. If Sponsor, in its discretion, elects to abbreviate the promotion as a result of a Force Majeure event, a notice will be posted on-line. In the event of cancellation Sponsor will award the prizes in a random drawing from among all valid and eligible entries received up to the time of such Force Majeure event. In no event will more prizes be awarded than stated in these Official Rules. Acceptance of prize constitutes permission to the Sponsor and its agencies to use winner's name and/or likeness for purposes of advertising and trade, without further compensation, unless prohibited by law. By accepting prize, winners agree to hold Sponsor and their respective representatives, directors, officers, agents, divisions, dealers, affiliates, subsidiaries, distributors, advertising and promotional agencies, employees and assigns (“Released Parties”), harmless against any and all claims and liability arising out of use of any prize. Winners assume all liability for any injury or damage caused, or claimed to be caused, by participation in this promotion or use or redemption of any prize and acknowledge that Released Parties have neither made nor are in any manner responsible or liable for any warranty, representation or guarantee, expressed or implied, in fact or in law, relative to the vehicle prize including, but not limited to, its quality or availability, except in regard to Sponsor and the standard written warranty statement provided with the vehicle. By participating in this promotion, entrants agree to be bound by the Official Rules and the decisions of the judges, which are final. Except where prohibited, entrants agree that any and all disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Sweepstakes or the prizes awarded shall be resolved under the laws of the State of Wisconsin in the U.S., without respect to any conflict of law issues, and entrants agree that such shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by the Federal or State Courts of Wisconsin. Sponsor not responsible for any typographical, technical, or other error in the printing of the offer, administration of the promotion or in the announcement of prizes. In the event there is a discrepancy or inconsistency between disclosures or other statements contained in any promotion materials and the terms and conditions of the Official Rules, the online Official Rules available at www.millerlite.com/racing shall prevail, govern and control. Prize supplier has no responsibilities in the conduct or administration of this Promotion.
7. WINNERS LIST: For the names of grand prize winners (if any), available after 12/15/10, send a self-addressed stamped envelope to: Miller Lite Kurt Busch Sweeps Winners, PO Box 4001, South Bend, IN 46634-4001 for receipt by 12/31/10.

*Subject to change. If #2 Miller Lite sponsored car does not participate in one or more of the races, no prize is available for that race(s).
