Spicy Beer Bacon Burnt Ends

Ingredients

  • 3-5 lbs Skin off Pork Belly
  • 2 cans of Miller Lite
  • 1/2 cup Hot Sauce
  • Spicy bbq seasoning of your choice (Cusos spicy garlic buffalo)
  • 1 bottle of spicy bbq sauce
  • 1 stick of butter
  • 1 jalapeño
  • 2 tbsps honey

Preparation

Step 1
Cut pork belly into 2x2 inch cubes

Step 2
Coat cubed pork belly in hot sauce as the binder. Season with bbq seasoning of your choice

Step 3
Smoke on smoker grill at 225 for 3 hours

Step 4
Place pork belly cubes in aluminum pan with hot sauce, spicy bbq sauce, butter, and Miller Lite beer. Cover with foil. 

Step 5
Braise low and slow in the smoker or oven at 225 for 2 hours until fall apart tender.

Step 6
Uncover and top with sliced jalapeño and drizzle of honey. Enjoy with a Miller Lite beer.
